Ingredients
- 250gm Cake Premix
- 3 tbsp refined oil
- Whipped Cream
- Mix fruit cocktail
- Pink Gel color
- Yellow Gel Color
- Light Green Gel Food color
Directions
- Preheat a kadhai for about 10 mins on medium flame, and take a 5 inch cake tin and line it with Oddy Ecobake baking and cooking paper.
- In a mixing bowl take 250 gm of cake premix and beat it using a beater while adding water gradually, after that add 3 tbsp of refined oil, mix it well.
- Transfer the batter in the cake tin and place the tin in preheated kadhai, and bake it for 35-40 min on medium flame.
- When baked, take it out, demold it and let it cool for 3-4 hours.
- Cut the cake into 3 layers, now as shown in the video, place the bottom layer of the cake and apply a layer of whipped cream and mix fruit cocktail, then add a second layer and repeat the process and same with the third layer.
- Crumb coat the cake using whipped cream and place it in fridge for 15-20 mins, after that apply a layer of whipped cream and smoothen it using a card.
- Now using rose nozzle, and yellow colored whipped cream, we have to make a rose flower design on the top as shown in the video.
- After that, using leaf nozzle and green colored whipped cream make leaves in between, and also use the leftover whipped cream to decorate the bottom section of the cake and make a design at the center of the roses, and your beautiful flower cake is ready.
