This holiday season try this homemade Pizza recipe at home, something different and tasty. Make your own pizza base and then Pizza, it is healthy and hygienic. So try this recipe when you have guests and relatives at your home, easy to make and quick, and everyone’s favorite.

  • 1.5 cup All purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 Tsp Instant dry yeast
  • ½ Tsp salt
  • 2 Tsp Refined Oil
  • Chopped Vegetables
  • 2 Tbsp Pizza Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Liquid Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • Oregano Seasoning and Chilli Flakes
  • Black Pepper
  • Chaat Masala
  • Chaat Masala
  • Grated Mozzarella Cheese


  • Starting with the Pizza base, we will take 1.5 cups of all purpose flour in a mixing bowl and add, 1 tbsp of sugar, 1 tsp of instant dry yeast and ½ tsp of salt. Now mix the dry ingredients and add lukewarm water to make dough.
  • Add 2 tsp of refined oil, mix it with the dough and let it ferment for sometime.
  • Depending on the size of the pizza, divide the dough into two pieces or you can make a single base, then roll them into the shape as shown in the video.
  • Now using Oddy Ecobake baking and cooking paper, line your pan and place the pizza base on it, and bake it for 1 min each side. Then bake it in microwave oven for 3-4 mins on 200 degree celsius
  • For the toppings, add all the chopped vegetables in a mixing bowl and add 2 tbsp of pizza sauce, 2 tbsp Liquid cheese, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp tomato sauce and pizza seasoning along with black pepper and chaat masala.
  • Mix them well properly, then take a pizza base and add a layer of topping on it, add grated cheese and top it with corn and black olives.
  • Bake it for -9 mins on 200 degrees , cut it into pieces and your delicious homemade cheese pizza is ready to serve.
