Whipped Cream Cake Recipe

In this recipe, learn how to make whipped cream cake easily at home. On birthdays, anniversary or any other occasion when you are short on time, this recipe will come handy, as it requires easily available ingredients and takes very less time to be ready. Ingredients

 

  • 250 gm Cake Premix
  • Oil
  • Whipped Cream
  • Pineapple Crush
  • Green Food Color
  • Yellow Food Color

Directions

 

  • Take a cake tin and line it with Oddy Ecobake baking and cooking paper and set it aside to use later.
  • In a mixing bowl take 250 gm of cake premix, add some water, and mix it using a beater to make a semi thick batter. Add 2-3 tbsp of oil and beat it again.
  • Transfer the batter in the cake tin, spread it evenly and place it in the pre-heated oven and bake it for around 35 min.
  • When it is baked, let it cool then demold it and cut it into three layers.
  • For icing, place the first layer on the cake board, soak it with sugar syrup and apply a layer of whipped cream to it, along with some pineapple crush then place another layer on the top and repeat the process.
  • After the final layer, crumb coat the cake and place it in the refrigerator for about 10-15 mins, then apply a final layer of whipped cream and smoothen it.
  • Then using light green color whipped cream decorate the cake by making a straight line on top, as shown in the video.
  • Then using yellow colored whipped cream make flowers on top, and border at bottom using N1 nozzle, as shown in the video.
  • Make some leaves using green whipped cream, and your cake is ready to serve.
