Healthy Oats Masala Paratha

Today we are going to see a weight-loss roti recipe. This oats masala paratha is low in calories and high in protein. Oddy Ecobake helps to flatten the oats masala paratha dough without dusting the roti with flour. It also helps you lift and place the roti on the tawa without any hassle.

  • Oats flour - 1/2 cup & Hot water
  • Salt, Carom seeds & Cumin seeds
  • Ghee & green peas - 50 gm
  • Ginger garlic and green chilli paste - 1 tsp
  • Methi leaves - a handful & Salt as needed
  • Oddy Ecobake



  • On a plate, add oats flour, and salt, and add salt and carom seeds to it and mix well. Add hot water as required to the flour and mix well to form the dough. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the green peas stuffing. In a pan, add ghee and saute cumin seeds, green peas, ginger green chilli paste, and methi leaves. Once everything is cooked, add salt to it.
  • Grind the green peas mixture in a mixer jar and keep it aside. Divide the dough into two portions, flatten them using the Oddy Ecobake as shown. Add stuffing to one of the rotis.
  • Place another roti on it to seal the stuffing. Transfer the roti to the tawa with the help of Oddy Ecobake, as shown. Cook the roti on both sides and serve hot!
