Ingredients

  • Butter-1/4 Cup & Dark chocolate-1/4 Cup
  • Wheat flour-1/2 Cup & Sugar powder-1/4 Cup
  • Cocoa powder-1/2 Tbsp & Baking powder-1/4 Tsp
  • Baking soda-1/8 Tsp & Salt-1/8 Tsp
  • Milk-1 Tsp & Chopped walnuts-1 Tbsp
  • Chocolate-1 Cup & Cream-2 Tbsp & Colorful sprinkles

Directions

  • Melt dark chocolate along with butter using the double boiler method. Let it cool. Add wheat flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to it and mix well.
  • Now add milk and chopped walnuts to it and make a dough. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. Cover and preheat a kadai for 5 minutes with a wire stand in it. Take it out of the fridge and knead it again.
  • Make small balls from the dough and flatten them into circles. Line a steel plate with Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Circles. Place them on the steel plate. Cover and bake in the kadai for 12 minutes on a low flame.
  • After 12 minutes, the cookies are completely crisp on the outside. Make ganache by melting chocolate and cream using the double-boiler method.
  • Make chocolate swirls as shown, using ganache filled in a piping bag. Garnish with colorful sprinkles. The iced cookie cake is ready—crispy and chocolaty on the outside and chewy inside.
