Ingredients

 

  • 1.5 grated coconut & Jaggery - 3/4 cup
  • Water - 2 tbsp & Grated pista
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Grate the dry coconut on a plate and keep it aside. Melt jaggery in a pan by adding water.
  • Once the jaggery syrup attains the desired consistency, switch off the stove and add the grated coconut to it.
  • Mix them well. Transfer the coconut-jaggery mixture onto the Oddy Ecobake.
  • Spread the mixture into a thin sheet as shown. Cut the chikki into small pieces and allow them to rest for a while.
