Sukhdi with White Sesame Seeds

Do you want to know how to make til ki sukhdi at home? Then this recipe is for you. Til ki sukhdi made with white sesame seeds is a traditional and healthy sweet recipe. Without using any oil, Oddy Ecobake aids in spreading and setting your til sukhdi on a plate. Hence, there is no need for additional cleaning.

  • 100gm sesame seeds & 80gm groundnuts
  • 180gm jaggery & 2tbsp ghee
  • 2tbsp chopped dry fruits & 5 to 6 cardamom
  • Oddy Ecobake



  • Roast white sesame seeds and ground nuts one by one in a pan. Remove the skin from the ground nuts. Grind sesame seeds and ground nuts in a mixer jar to make a fine powder.
  • Transfer the powder to a bowl. Add chopped or grated dry fruits to the til-groundnut mixture. In a pan, add ghee and jaggery. Cook until the jaggery is completely melted and starts boiling.
  • Now add the til-groundnut mixture to the jaggery syrup and mix well. Transfer the sukhdi to a mould lined with Oddy Ecobake. Spread the mixture and make cuts on the warm sukhdi using a knife. Let the sukhdi set for 2 hours. Later, break the sukhdi into individual pieces. Your succulent til ki sukhdi is now ready.
