These homemade hot dog buns will make you forget about store-bought buns. Soft, fluffy, and with a touch of homemade love, they’re perfect for any occasion. Oddy Ecobake helps you bake the hot dogs without the need for additional cleanup.

  • Milk, Yeast & Sugar
  • Maida & Milk powder
  • Oil, Salt & Oddy Uniwraps



  • Activate yeast by mixing warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Wait for it to activate. Combine the remaining sugar, flour, and salt.
  • Add the oil and yeast mixture and mix into a soft, sticky dough. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes on a flat surface until smooth.
  • Let the dough double in size in a bowl. Once the dough has risen, divide it into two portions.
  • Take the hot dog bun rings, keep them on Oddy Ecobake, and stuff the dough into them as shown.
  • Let it rest for a while, and keep the Oddy Ecobake along with the buns in a pressure cooker.
  • Bake them for 20 to 25 minutes, then remove them from the rings. Your hot dog buns are ready!
