How to use Russian ball nozzle for Cake decoration

  • Oddy Ecobake
  • ½ kg cake batter
  • Pink and blue liquid colours
  • Whipping cream
  • Russian balloon nozzle
  • Pipping bag
  • Noor 21 nozzle
  • Silver balls
  • Silver spray



  • In a baking tin place Oddy Ecobake and add cake batter. Bake it at 180 degrees for 35-40 mins. Oddy Ecobake makes our baking process easier. Also, it is eco-friendly and a healthy option. Once the cake is cooled demold and cut it into 3 layers. Add water sugar syrup and coat with whipping cream. Do the same process with the other two layers.
  • Now in a bowl add pink and blue liquid colours to form a beautiful lavender colour. Apply all over the cake and take a scrapper and level the cake uniformly.
  • Take Russian balloon nozzle and put inside the pipping bag. Leave 3-4 inches and cut the bag. Our nozzle should properly fit inside the bag. Add white whipping cream and make flowers as shown in image.
  • You just have to twist the nozzle toward left, then right and press down and lift the nozzle up to make beautiful flowers. Gap is formed in the center of the flower.
  • With Noor 21 nozzle make small flower in the center and add detailing like leaves and borders to the cake. Add silver balls and finish it up with silver spray all over the cake. Our beautiful cake is ready to relish.
