  • Oddy Ecobake
  • 8-inch tin
  • 1 kg butterscotch cake batter
  • Butterscotch crush
  • Caramel crystals
  • Butterscotch nuts
  • Cake scrapper
  • R11 nozzle
  • Red spray
  • Silver spray
  • Sugar balls



  • In an 8-inch baking tin, cover the tin with Oddy Ecobake and add the butterscotch cake batter and bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 mins.
  • Demold once cooled. Oddy Ecobake makes demolding an easy process. Cut the cake into three layers. Crum coat the cake by adding sugar water syrup, whipping cream. Butterscotch syrup and caramel crystals on all the 3 layers.
  • Add yellow whipping cream and properly coat the cake. With the help of a scraper make zigzag designs as shown in video.
  • Take a glass and flip it downwards. Use R11 nozzle to make rose flower. Spray red spray and silver spray to give a beautiful finishing touch. Add these rosses to the cake.
  • Take a pipping bag and fill green whipping cream. Make leaf designs as shown in video. Add sugar balls on top and add butterscotch nuts on the sides of the cake.
  • Make borders and finish the decoration by spraying sliver spray on it. Our butterscotch cake decoration is ready.
