Today I am showing you and easy and super attractive cake design that everyone is going to love. The colour combination is very eye-catching. Don’t wait and just try this cake recipe and hear compliments from your dear ones. Use Oddy Ecobake to prevent the cake from sticking on sides while baking.

Ingredients

Oddy Ecobake
6-inch tin
½ kg chocolate cake batter
4 drops liquid green colour
4 drops liquid blue colour
4 drops liquid pink colour
Noor R nozzle
White pearls (sugar balls)
Silver sugar balls
Silver spray

Directions

In a bowl mix batter for ½ kg chocolate cake. Add Oddy Ecobake in the 6-inch tin and pour the batter. Tap it to avoid the formation of bubbles in batter. Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 mins. Oddy Ecobake helps in easy demolding of the cake.
Cut the cake in 3 layers, place one layer and spray sugar water syrup on it to make the cake moist. Add whipping cream and coat It properly. Repeat it for the other two layers as well.
In a bowl take whipping cream add 4 drops of blue and green liquid colour. Mix well to form a beautiful bluish green colour. In a bowl take some of this whipping cream and add pink colour. To form a purple colour, we will be using this to make rossets.
Coat the cake with this bluish green whipping cream throughout the cake. Cover the top and sides as well. Take a plain scrapper and level the cake nicely and make beautiful wave patterns as shown in video.
Tale Noor R nozzle and make rossets as shown. Add leaf detailing with green colour whipping cream. For decoration add white sugar balls and small silver sugar balls.
Add a final touch by spraying silver spray all over the cake. Our beautiful unique yet sober cake decoration is ready. Try it for any simple occasion at home or surprise your loved ones by making this cake.
