Instant 5 min Chocolate Cake

An instant chocolate cake that can be made in just 5 mins. Everybody loves cake and if you want to make it quickly and serve it for your loved ones this recipe is the one-stop destination. Oddy Ecobake brown baking and cooking paper is unbleached and chlorine-free which is a perfect for lining the baking dish. Oddy Ecobake is non-sticky and reusable which helps in hassle-free baking.

Ingredients

 

  • 75 gms powdered sugar
  • 100 grms all-purpose flour
  • 1 and ½ tsp baking powder
  • 150 grms milk
  • 40 grms cocoa powder
  • 70 grms curd
  • 70 grms butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • For frosting: 25 grms powdered sugar
  • 25 grms cocoa powder
  • 50 grms milk
  • 1/4th tsp salt
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence

Directions

 

  • In a mixture jar and add the liquid ingredients like milk, butter, curd, vanilla essence first and then start adding cocoa powder, powdered sugar, all-purpose flour, salt and baking powder and blend it nicely.
  • In a microwave safe dish place the Oddy Ecobake brown baking and cooking paper which is chemical and metal-free and add the cake batter. Oddy Ecobake is eco-friendly and non-sticky as well. Microwave the cake for 5 mins.
  • For the frosting, mix all the ingredients for frosting and whisk well without forming any lumps.
  • Remove the cake and once cooled add the frosting on top of it. You can also add sprinkles to decorate the cake. Instant chocolate cake is ready to serve.
