Ingredients

 

  • 1 cup jaggery powder & 1/2 cup oats
  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup milk & 1/4 cup refined oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder & 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp chocolate essence
  • Finely chopped cherries & dry fruits
  • Chopped chocolate
  • Oddy Ecobake cooking circles

Directions

 

  • In a mixing bowl, take jaggery powder and add milk to it. Mix this until the jaggery is melted.
  • In another bowl, take grinded oats and whole wheat flour. Then add baking powder and baking soda. Mix this well.
  • Now add the jaggery mixture as well. Put in the oil now and chocolate essence. Mix everything well so that there are no lumps.
  • Put in finely chopped cherries, some dry fruits and chocolate sprinkles. Mix this well.Pour the batter in a baking tin lined with Oddy Ecobake cooking paper circle.
  • Garnish with dry fruits and cherries. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  • Insert toothpick to check if the cake is baked or not. Once it cools down, your cake is ready to eat.
