Make Cup Cakes using Premix in a Kadai

About the Recipe

Do try this chocolate cupcake using cake premix. You do not need an oven or eggs. Oddy Ecobake is used to bake cupcakes in perfect shape without greasing the cupcake moulds with oil or butter. It also aids in the easy demolding of the cakes.

Ingredients

Cake premix - 3 cups, Oil - 1/4 cup & Water - 1 cup
Chilled Whipping cream - 1 cup & Cocoa powder - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 3 to 4 tbsp, Cherries & Colorful sprinkles
Oddy Ecobake

Directions

Prepare the cake batter by mixing cake premix and oil with water. Transfer the batter into steel cups lined with Oddy Ecobake.
Bake the cake in a preheated kadai for 30 to 40 minutes. Once the cupcakes are baked, allow them to cool down to room temperature.
Prepare chocolate frosting with whipped cream, sugar, and cocoa powder as shown. Decorate the cake with flower designs using a 2D nozzle. Garnish the cupcakes with cherries and colourful sprinkles.
