New Cake Decoration in Bakery Style

Try this new and unique cake decoration in a bakery style. This cake is worth Rs.1200 and can be made with ingredients worth just Rs.400. Ecobake helps unbaked cakes without any grease, and it also aids in demoulding the cakes with no need for additional cleanup.

Ingredients

 

  • Vanilla cake premix - 360 gm
  • Oil - 3 tbsp & Water - 1 cup + 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Chilled whipping cream - 2 cups
  • Condensed milk & Sky blue food gel
  • Radiant pink food gel & Green food gel

Directions

 

  • Prepare cake batter by mixing cake premix with oil and water. Transfer the cake batter into a cake mould lined with brown Ecobake cooking paper. Bake the cake for 45 to 50 minutes in an oven at 160 degrees C. Once the cake is baked and cooled, trim the upper part of the cake.
  • Then divide the cake into 3 equal parts. Beat whipping cream in a bowl and beat it until stiff peaks are formed. Place the first cake layer on the cake board, soak it with chocolate sugar syrup, apply whipped cream and condensed milk and spread well.
  • Now repeat the same process for the second and third layers of the cake. Mix sky blue food gel to the whipping cream to make blue cream. Make three layers of ruffles around the upper part of the cake using ruffle nozzle.
  • Using a basket nozzle make a drop design at the bottom of the cake and besides the ruffle design on the top of the cake. Make roses on the flower nail using pink cream and small rose petal nozzle and place them at the centre of the cake. Make leaf designs on the roses by filling green cream in a piping bag with V cut.
