No Bake Bento Cake with Bread

In today’s recipe, you can learn how to make the trending bento cake. And this cake is pretty much made using sliced bread. Oddy Ecobake eliminates the need to grease/oil the pans before baking & cuts down cleaning time & cost. It does not affect taste and is reusable multiple times.

Ingredients

Slice breads :- 3 & Water :- 1/4 cup (1cup = 250 ml)
Sugar :- 2 & 1/2 tbsp & Pineapple essence :- 1/4 tsp
Whip cream :- 1/2 cup & Pineapple crush :- 2-3 tbsp
Neutral gel :- 1 tbsp & Silver dust :- As needed
Yellow, Pink, Green food color :- As needed

Directions

Take three slice breads and cut them into circular shape. Make sugar syrup using water, sugar and pineapple essence. Whip the whipping cream until sharp peaks.
Complete the icing of cake using sugar syrup, pineapple crush and whipped cream. Make the colored whipped cream as required for this cake. Make your favorite designs on cake using nozzles, piping bags.
Decorate the cake as you like. Place the cake on Oddy Ecobake in a bento box.
