Ingredients
- Vanilla premix :- 250 ml
- Water :- As needed
- Whipping cream :- 250 ml
- Milk :- 150 ml
- Sugar :- 2 & 1/2 tbsp (as per your choice)
- Cashew :- 4
- Almonds :- 6
- Cardamom powder :- 1/4 & 1/8 tsp
- Nutmeg powder :- 1/8 tsp
- Mix dry fruits :- As needed
- Food colors :- Yellow
- White chocolate ganache - Optional
- Rose petals
- Silver work
- Nozzles :- R 11, Noor 46
- Oddy Ecobake
Directions
- Make a smooth batter using vanilla premix, oil and water. Place Oddy Ecobake in 6-inch round tin. Pour the batter into tin. And tap the tin properly.
- Bake the cake for 40-45 min at low flame if using gas. Or for 35 min at 180 degrees if using oven. Demold when cools down at room temperature.
- Mix milk, sugar, dry fruits, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder together. And cook this mixture for 3-4 minutes at low to medium flame. Masala milk will be ready. Make 3 equal layer of sponge.
- Whip the whipping cream until sharp peaks. Complete the icing of cake using masala milk and whipped cream. Make the colored whipped cream as required for this cake.
- Make your favorite designs on cake using nozzles, piping bags. And decorate it using rose petals, silver work, white chocolate ganache, etc. Or as you like.
