Do try out this instant sweet recipe using biscuits. Here we have used cream biscuits with strawberry flavour. You can use the biscuits of your choice. Brown Oddy Ecobake helps to flatten the biscuit dough and cream dough without getting stuck to the wooden board.

Ingredients

Biscuits - 1 Packet
Milk - 2 tbsp

Directions

Take a cream biscuit packet and separate the biscuits and cream into two bowls. Grind the biscuits into a fine powder using a mixer jar. Add milk to the biscuit powder and make a dough out of it.
Make a dough using the separated cream as shown. Place a piece of brown Ecobake cooking paper on top, followed by the biscuit dough. Place another piece of brown Ecobake cooking paper on the biscuit dough and flatten it with a rolling pin.
Place the cream dough on top of the flattened biscuit dough and flatten them again. Now roll them with the help of brown Ecobake cooking paper. Cut the roll into small pieces using a knife and your instant sweet is ready.
