Paneer Kathi Roll is a delicious vegetarian Indian street food wrap. In this easy-to-make recipe, we use paneer marinated in yogurt and aromatic spices and then stuff it inside a crisp paratha or roti. And don’t forget to use Oddy Uniwraps to wrap your Kathi Roll as it keeps food safe & fresh.

Ingredients

 

  • Yogurt
  • For marinade: Turmeric, garam masala, Kashmiri red chili powder, 1 tsp oil, Lemon juice
  • 150 grams paneer
  • Onion and capsicum
  • Refined oil
  • Wheat flour

Directions

 

  • In a mixing bowl, add yogurt, turmeric, Kashmiri Red chilly powder, 1 tsp oil and Lemon juice. Mix it well.
  • Add paneer cubes and toss well in the marinade. Keep it aside.
  • In a kadhai, put some oil and then add the marinated paneer. Cook it for sometime. Then add sliced onions and green capsicum to make it crunchy.
  • Take a non-stick pan and apply butter on it. Now put the already prepared roti or paratha on it and heat it from both sides to make it crispy.
  • To assemble your kathi roll: Spread ketchup or mayonnaise on the cooked roti.
  • Add about ½ cup of paneer filling across the middle of the roti. Also you can add some onions, cheese or other veggies.
  • Now wrap your Paneer Kathi Roll with Uniwraps Paper Foil. It is Non-Stick, Grease Locking and Moisture Balancing.
