Paneer tikka rolls make for a healthy, tasty and portable lunch. You can serve the paneer roll as an evening snack, lunch, or brunch. Use Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Tray for making this recipe in airfryer.

Ingredients

 

  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Roasted gram flour - 2 tablespoon
  • Dried fenugreek leaves - 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Salt- 1 teaspoon
  • Dry coriander powder- 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder- 1 teaspoon
  • Degi mirch- 1 teaspoon
  • Mustard oil- 1 teaspoon
  • Cottage cheese
  • Mushroom and Onion
  • Red, yellow and green bell peppers

Directions

 

  • First, we need to prepare the marinade for paneer. Take 1 cup dahi, add 2 tablespoons of roasted gram flour, ginger garlic paste and dried fenugreek leaves.
  • Now add some spices to the marinade - 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp dry coriander powder, 1 tsp Garam masala powder and 1 tsp of Degi mirch.
  • Now mix the marinade with the help of a whisk. Then add 1 tsp of mustard oil to it.
  • Add all veggies to the marinade- cottage cheese, mushroom, onions, red, yellow and green bell peppers.
  • Mix and coat all the veggies properly with the marinade. Leave it overnight/half an hour.
  • Line the airfryer basket with an Oddy Ecobake cooking paper tray. Put the paneer tikka rolls in the airfryer. Bake it for 15-20 min at 200 deg Celsius.
  • Your delicious paneer tikka rolls are ready!
