Rice Flour Morning Snacks

About the Recipe

Morning snack recipe which is made of Wheat flour and pulse. It’s very simple, tasty and made with less oil and prepared in less than 10 minutes and you can eat them for many days.

Ingredients

 

  • 1 cup Chana Dal
  • Ginger
  • ½ Spoon Red chilly
  • Garlic leaves
  • 1 Spoon Cumin
  • 1 Spoon Turmeric
  • Chaat masala
  • Salt
  • 2 Onion
  • coriander

Directions

 

  • Take one cup chana dal in a bowl and wash it properly then add hot water in it and left it for 1 hour to make it soft.
  • After one hour put half of dal, 2 medium size ginger pieces, 3 whole red chilies or according to your test and 3-4 garlic leaves in a grinder mixer and make a paste of it.
  • Put the paste in a bowl and add ¼ spoon cumin, ¼ spoon turmeric powder,½ spoon chaat masala and salt according to your test now add one medium size onion, coriander ,half lemon juice and ¼ cup rice flour and now add the remaining dal in it and mix it well.
  • Now using oddy ecobake, make shapes of the mixer as shown in the video and fry it on a medium flame for 5-5 minutes from both sides to make it crispy and now it is ready to eat.
