Roll Cut Watermelon Ice cream With Whip Cream

Try this malai kulfi with ingredients available at home. Today, in this video we have shown you how to make Watermelon roll cut kulfi ice cream. Ecobake helps in getting perfect shape without any greasing and no need of cleaning afterwards.

Ingredients

 

  • 1 Cup watermelon
  • 1/2 Cup whip cream
  • 2 Tbsp condensed milk
  • 1 Drop red gel colour
  • Chopped Pista and Kesar (optional)

Directions

 

  • Take half cup of watermelon into a mixer jar and grind. Add 1/2 cup whip cream into a bowl and whisk until fluffy. Add 2 tbsp of condensed milk, watermelon juice, red food colour to the whip cream.
  • Now take Oddy Ecobake cooking paper and place in the steel container. Pour the ice cream base into the container and refrigerate it for 8 hours or more
  • After 8 hours, demold the icecream roll from the container and cut it into slices. Garnish the cut slices with kesar and pista.
