Roll Cut Mango Kulfi With Cream

Try this malai kulfi with ingredients available at home. Today, in this video we have shown you how to make mango roll cut kulfi ice cream. Ecobake helps in getting perfect shape without any greasing and no need of cleaning afterwards.

Ingredients

 

  • 1 Cup mango
  • 1/2 Cup sugar
  • 250 ml amul fresh cream
  • 2 Tbsp milk powder
  • Mango Pieces

Directions

 

  • Add 1 cup of mango pieces into a jar to make puree. Take 250 ml of fresh cream and shake well before use. Transfer it into a bowl and whisk until you get a fluffy consistency.
  • Mix mango puree into the bowl and whisk again. Add 2 tbsp of milk powder and whisk until it gets fluffy. Now add chopped mango pieces to the ice cream base
  • Cover the bowl using Oddy uniwraps paper foil and refrigerate for 2 hours. Line the container with Oddy ecobake cooking paper and pour the ice cream base into the container.
  • Place the lid and cover with Oddy Ecobake wrapper and refrigerate it for 8 hours. Else, pour the base into freezing cups, add chopped mango pieces, cover the lid and refrigerate it for 8 hours. After 8 hours, demold the ice cream roll and cut it into slices
