Tasty and Healthy Sabudana Chilla

About the Recipe

Sabudana Chilla is a delicious and nutritious dish that uses sabudana pearls. It delivers all the nutrients required and doesn’t require any additional side dishes. Sabudana Chillas can be flattened with Ecobake cooking paper without the use of oil or unnecessary cleanup.

Ingredients

 

  • 2 cups soaked sabudana & 4 boiled potatoes
  • ½ cup moong dal powder & ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp ginger and green chilli paste
  • 1 tbsp salt & 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 green chilli and chopped coriander leaves

Directions

 

  • Take soaked sabudana and mix it with boiled and mashed potatoes and the other mentioned ingredients.
  • Make a dough by mixing all the ingredients together to form a dough.
  • Take a small portion of the dough and place it on Ecobake cooking paper.
  • Place another Ecobake cooking paper on the sabudana mixture and press it gently to flatten it.
  • Transfer the flattened sabudana chilla onto a pan and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes on both sides. Your sabudana chilla is ready.
