Ingredients

720 gm premix, 350 gm water, 50-60 gm oil.
1 cup whipped cream and chocolate ganache
whipped cream and two drops of black gel food colour
plain card scrapper & ronded card scrapper
Silver shimmer, food colour (pink)
Frill and star shaped nozzle, birthday toppings

Directions

Prepare a chocolate cake batter with 720 gm premix, 350 gm water, 50-60 gm oil. Bake it at 180 degree for 30-35 mins. Chop off the extra top and side brown cooked edges and cut the cake into equal layers.
Then moisture the lowest layer and fill in with a filling of whipped cream and chocolate ganache. Repeat the layer filling process till the last cake layer.
Next for outer icing, take a bowl of whipped cream and add two drops of black gel food colour. Mix it well and it will form a greyish color.
Now, cover the entire cake with this grey icing, even the sides and top of the cake with a plain card scrapper. Now take a scrapper, the edges of which are rounded. Use the scapper to give the sides of the cake a nice circle texture.
Next, spray approx 1/4- 1/2 tsp silver shimmer with the help of a shimmer spray. Spray the shimmer only on top and upper sides of the cake.
Next pour in a pipping bag pink cream and use a frill nozzle and starting from the base, make two circles of frills. Next use a slightly more darker pink cream and using a star nozzle make a line of roses above the frills.
On the top of cake use party toppers or flowers. Decorate the roses with pearls. Lastly spray silver shimmer on the pink decoration. Cake is ready to be served.
