Choco Berry Cake Decoration Trick

Super easy and delicious choco Berry Cake with liquid chocoalate ganache design. Try out the new design of chocolate ganache drip design. Baking cakes has become easy with Brown Oddy Ecobake papers. It is hasslefree and convenient to use and re-use again.

Ingredients

 

  • 2 cups premix, 1 cup water, 3 tbsp oil
  • one cup whipping cream
  • 4-5 tbsp of thick chocolate ganache (can add more as per sweetness)
  • 2 tbsp strawberry compote (optional strawberry crush)
  • some chocochips toppings & plain white whipped cream
  • lukewarm chocolate ganache, liquid food colour (red, yellow, green)
  • N11 nozzle & N46 nozzle

Directions

 

  • In a bowl take 2 cups premix, 1 cup water, 3 tbsp oil and prepare a smooth cake batter. Pour it in tin lined with Brown Oddy Eco Bake Paper. Bake it at 180 degrees for 30-35 mins and allow it to cool.
  • In the meantime, for cake filling, take one cup whipping cream, 4-5 tbsp of thick chocolate ganache (can add more as per sweetness) and 2 tbsp strawberry compote. Mix all three for a cake filling.
  • Now cut the cake into three equal layers. Soak the layers with water, and layer the filling within all the three layers. In the between layers, place some chocochips toppings.
  • Then cover the outside (sides and top) with another layer of the choco berry filling (option- do this step only if the filling is remaining). Next, cover it with a layer of icing of plain white whipped cream.
  • Now remove the excess cream and smoothen the icing with the help of a scrapper. On the sides, give a circle pattern with another scrapper. Next pour lukewarm chocolate ganache on the top of the cake.
  • With the help of a palette knife spread the ganache to give it a natural drip design. Now make small three flowers with the help of N11 nozzle and spray yellow and red colour on the flowers.
  • On the top of the cake, pour some cream balls to give the flowers a height. Place the flowers on the cream balls gently. Now with the help of pipping bag, make some creepers and leaves design with green whipped cream filling.
  • Add in some sprinkles to decorate the flowers. For border at base of cake, use N46 nozzle. Border is optional). Choco berry cake with chocolate ganache is ready to be served.
