Super Soft and Delicious Green Peas Paratha 

About the Recipe

Make this super soft and delicious green peas paratha either with boiled peas or fresh green peas. It goes very well with green chilli khara, made with coriander leaves and garlic cloves. The Uniwraps paper foil helps in wrapping your parathas to keep them fresh and soft.

Ingredients

 

  • Fresh Peas(Frozen Peas) - 2 Cups & Oil - 1 Spoon
  • Green Chilli - 4 No. & Ginger - 1 Inch
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 Spoon & Coriander Powder - 1/2 Spoon
  • Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 Spoon & Jeera Powder - 1/2 Spoon
  • Kitchen King Masala Powder - 1/2 Spoon & Saunf Powder - 1/2 Spoon
  • Besan Powder - 2 Spoon, Coriander Leaves & Salt To Taste
  • Wheat Flour - 1 Cup, Besan - 2 Spoons, Oil - 2 Spoons & Salt to Taste

Directions

 

  • Grind green chilli and ginger in a mixer jar and transfer it into a bowl. Grind peas coarsely in the same mixer jar. In a pan, heat the oil, then add the ginger, green chili paste, and peas mixture and cook until the raw smell is gone.
  • Now add the other mentioned ingredients to make the green peas filling. Prepare the chapati dough by mixing wheat flour, besan, oil, and salt in a mixing bowl. Take a small portion of the dough and green peas filling in an equal portion.
  • Fill the dough with filling and flatten it using a rolling pin. Cook this paratha on the tawa for 2 to 3 minutes by flipping the sides. Roll and wrap your green peas paratha in a piece of Uniwraps paper foil before packing them in your tiffin box.
