Chocolate cake with an easy and new trick for cake decoration. It is very simple yet unique. Try out this cake decoration for your family. Bake a cake with Brown Oddy Ecobake papers. It is good for baking and cooking, plus it’s safe and convenient to use.

Ingredients
- 1 cup premix, 1/2 cup water and 1.5 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp whipped cream and chocolate ganache
- chocochip toppings & extra white cream
- royal blue food color gel, star nozzle, yellow colour, silver spray
- 1 teaspoon crushed Green Chilli-Ginger (or paste)
- 1/4 cup Curd (plain yogurt)
Directions
- In a bowl, take 1 cup premix, 1/2 cup water and 1.5 tbsp oil for cake batter. Bake it for 30-25 mins at 180 degrees. Line a baking tin with Brown Oddy Ecobake for smooth cake base.
- Remove top and sides brown cooked layer and slice the cake into equal parts. Now prepare a cake filing of a 2 tbsp of whipped cream and chocolate ganache.
- Apply this mix to the other layer of the cake. Also, can add in extra chocolate ganache and chocochip toppings for extra flavour. Complete the rest of the cake in a same manner.
- Now cover the cake with white cream. Even and smoothen the sides and top part with a plain card scrapper. Now for designing, take 2 tbsp of whipped cream and add 2 drops of royal blue food color gel. Mix well and fill it in a pipping bag.
- Next, using a palette, by doing tap movements on the half of the cake (top and sideways), give the cake a texture. Then mark out a semi circle on the top of the cake with another smaller size baking tray.
- Then make waves on the other half cake sidewaves, giving an overlapping effect. Make the waves from bottom to upwards..
- Next, using a star nozzle make yellow roses and small dots on the top of the cake near the blue waves.
- Add few leaves designs and small dots at the base facing only the white part of the cake. Add a few pearls as toppings on the yellow roses. Lastly complete the cake with silver spray.
