Ulta Pulta Crispy Burger

Yummy Hot and cheese ulta pulta burger that requires no bun or tikki. Enjoy this yummy cheese burger with all the ingredients at your home.

Ingredients

 

  • 4 Boiled smashed potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp sweet corn
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Capsicum
  • 1/4 Cup chopped carrot
  • 1 Tbsp chopped green chilli
  • 1+1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Oregano Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Flakes
  • 1 Tsp mix herbs
  • 1 Tsp chaat masala
  • 6 tbsp crumbs
  • 1/4 Cup corn flour
  • 1/4 Cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 Cup chopped coriander
  • 1/3 Cup water
  • 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp tomato ketchup
  • Chilli flakes
  • Mix herbs
  • Wheat bread
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 CUp chopped coriander

Directions

 

  • Take 4 pieces of boiled potato and add 2 tbsp sweet corn, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 1/4 cup chopped capsicum, 1/4 cup chopped carrot, 1/4 cup chopped coriander, 1 tbsp chopped green chilli, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp chilli flakes, 1 tsp mixed herbs,1 tsp chat masala. Mash and mix well.
  • Add 4 tbsp bread crumbs and mix well.
  • In another bowl, add 1/4 cup corn flour, 1/4 cup maida, 1/4 tsp salt 1/3 cup water. Whisk and mix well.
  • In another bowl, add 3 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup, chilli flakes, mix herbs and mix well.
  • Take a wheat bread and make a circular cut. Apply the prepared Mayo sauce on the bread. Add mozzarella cheese.
  • Add sauce on another bread and place it on the previous one and seal edges.
  • Take small aalu filling portion. Press and flatten and place the prepared bread on it and cover with aalu filling on all sides.
  • Dip and coat with slurry and coat it with bread crumbs.
  • Deep fry in medium hot oil. Fry until outer layer gets crispy texture.
  • Cut with a knife and enjoy the burger. Wrap the burger using Brown Oddy Uniwrap and store for future use.
