Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp distilled white or apple cider vinegar
Directions:
- Mix the dry Ingredients together in a bowl
- Mix wet ingredients in another bowl.
- Mix dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
- Whisk together till everything moistens and the batter is lump free. Do not over mix.
- Using a spoon fill 2/3 of the muffin cup with batter. You can make Muffin Liners with Oddy Uniwrap Parchment Paper. Learn how.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the toothpick inserted comes out clean.Let them cool down before you dig in. You can ice it, glaze it or eat just like that.
