Here we are going to make the cake using vanilla pre-mix. On the cake, we are going to make a ruffle design using a Russian ruffle nozzle. Brown Oddy Ecobake helps in getting the perfect shape for your cake and easy demolding.

Ingredients
- Cake batter & Sugar syrup
- Chilled whipping cream - 2 cups
- Green & Sky blue food gel
- Radiant pink food gel & Green food gel
Directions
- Prepare cake batter and transfer it into a cake mould lined with brown Ecobake cooking paper. Bake the cake for 45 to 50 minutes in a preheated vessel on the stove.
- Once the cake is baked and cooled, trim the upper part of the cake. Then divide the cake into 3 equal parts. Beat whipping cream in a bowl and beat it until stiff peaks are formed.
- Place the first cake layer on the cake board, soak it with sugar syrup, apply whipped cream and condensed milk and spread well. Now repeat the same process for the second and third layers of the cake.
- Mix sky blue and green food gel into the whipping cream to make blue cream. Make three layers of ruffles around the upper part of the cake using a Russian ruffle nozzle.
- Using a basket nozzle, make a drop design at the bottom of the cake and a ruffle design on the top of the cake. Make roses on the flower nail using pink cream and a small rose petal nozzle.
- Apply some cream to the center of the cake and arrange the roses on top. Make leaf designs on the roses by filling green cream in a piping bag with a V-cut.
