An Easy Chocolate Cake Made of Biscuits

Ingredients

 

  • Oreo biscuits - 30 & Sugar - 2 tbsp
  • Milk - 3/4 cup, Eno - 3/4 tsp & Oddy Ecobake
  • Warm milk - 3 tbsp & Milk powder - 2 tbsp
  • Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp, Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
  • Milk - 2 tbsp & Chopped chocolate - 3 tbsp
  • Hot milk - 3 tbsp, Cherries and Silver sugar balls

Directions

 

  • Take 30 Oreo biscuits and separate the biscuits and cream in a bowl as shown. Grind the biscuits with sugar in a mixer jar. Take 3 tbsp of biscuit powder in a small bowl and keep it aside.
  • Transfer the remaining biscuit powder to a bowl. Add milk to the ground biscuit powder to prepare the cake batter. Add eno to the batter, add a little milk over it, and mix well.
  • Transfer the cake batter to a cake mould lined with Oddy Ecobake. Bake the cake in a preheated vessel for 45 minutes. Once the cake is baked and cooled, divide it into two equal parts.
  • Prepare the cream frosting by adding milk, biscuit powder, sugar, and milk powder to the cream taken from the biscuits. Soak the first layer of the cake with sugar syrup and apply cream to it.
  • Place the second layer of cake and repeat the same. Frost the cake completely with cream. Prepare chocolate melt by mixing dark chocolate with hot milk. Make drips on the sides of the cake with melted chocolate.
  • Apply and spread chocolate melt on the top of the cake with a spatula. Make cones on the cake with a piping bag and an open star nozzle. Decorate the cake with cherries and silver sugar balls.
