Attractive Christmas Cake

Christmas is almost around the corner. Therefore, let’s create a tasty and lovely cake to enjoy with your family and friends. With flour and sugar, the cake is made fluffy, moist, and deliciously, and it is colourfully covered with whipped cream in various colours to create a special adornment. Oddy Ecobake, which is grease-proof, heat-resistant, reusable, and non-stick, is used to line the baking pan to make the cake moist, fluffy, and non-stick.

Ingredients

 

  • Milk-3/4 cup & Vinegar-1.5 tsp & Tutti-frutti-3 tbsp
  • All-purpose flour-1/2 tsp + 1 ¼ cup & Baking powder-1 ¼ tsp
  • Baking soda-1/4 tsp +2 pinches & Salt-2 pinches
  • Powdered sugar-3/4 cup & Oil-1/4 cup & Vanilla essence-1 tsp
  • Sugar syrup & Chilled whipping cream-11/2 cups
  • Melted chocolate-2 tbsp & Super red gel food colour-2 drops
  • Green gel food colour & Star sprinkles
  • 1M nozzle & 2D nozzle & Star nozzle
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Mix together milk and vinegar in a bowl and let it rest for 10 minutes to make buttermilk. Mix the tutti-frutti with the flour and set aside. Line a 6-inch baking pan with Oddy Ecobake.
  • Now mix together the wet ingredients in a bowl. Then add the sifted dry ingredients to it and combine to form a smooth batter. Then, lastly, add the tutti-frutti to it and mix well. Shift the batter immediately to it, spread it, and tap it well.
  • Bake the cake for 40 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius. Cool, unmold, and divide into three parts. Beat whipping cream in a bowl until stiff peaks form. Apply whipping cream to a cake board, place a layer of cake on it, soak with sugar syrup, and apply cream to it.
  • Repeat the process for other layers, too. Frost the cake with cream, cover completely, and smooth using a card. Mix cream with melted chocolate and red gel food coloring to make red cream.
  • Now cream coat the cake with this cream and create a pattern using the cake comb as shown. Decorate with whipping cream filled in a piping bag. Smoothen using a spatula. Add green gel food coloring to whipping cream to make green cream.
  • Decorate with a star nozzle using green cream and star sprinkles on the sides as shown. Decorate with green, red, and whipping cream on top.
  • To create a snow effect, spread whipping cream on the cake board and tap as shown. The delicious and attractive Christmas cake is ready.
