  • 130 gm Dark Chocolate Compound
  • ⅓ Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Chilled Whipping Cream
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Chocolate

Directions

  • Take 180gm of Cake premix in a mixing bowl and add Oil and water to it, and mix it well.
  • Take a 6 inch cake tin and line it with Oddy Ecobake Baking and cooking paper, and transfer the batter into the tin.
  • Bake it for 30-35 mins on 160° in the microwave oven.
  • When the batter is properly baked, demold the cake and divide it into three layers. Set them aside for a few mins.
  • Meanwhile, take 130gm of dark chocolate compound in the pan and add ⅓ cup of milk in it, melt it while stirring till it's completely smooth.
  • For frosting take 1 cup of chilled whipping cream in a mixing bowl and whip it till you got stiff peaks. Take 4 spatulas of cream and set it aside. In the rest of the cream add approximately half of the chocolate ganache that we prepared earlier, and whip it to get chocolate cream.
  • To start with cake frosting, take a base layer and moist it with some sugar syrup and add a layer of chocolate cream, sprinkle some chopped chocolate and place another layer, repeat the process and add the third and final layer.
  • On the top and sides, add a layer of white whipped cream that we set aside earlier, and smoothen it.
  • Now, using a circular cap, which is smaller than the cake top, or any other similar tool, put a circular mark on the cake top as shown in the video. Make another mark in the circle using a toothpick as shown.
  • Pour chocolate ganache on the meaning portion, so that it will cover the sides of the cake also, smoothen it using a spatula.
  • Take some chocolate cream, and use a star shaped nozzle to decorate the cake as shown. Now using a toothpick, draw the facial features on cake as shown in the video.
  • Make hairs, and curly designs on the cake as shown, in the end make two flowers using the whipped cream and place them on hairs you made.
