Black Currant Geode Cake

About the Recipe

Impress your guests and make your celebrations worthwhile by baking varied types of cakes. Your guests will be astonished if you make a cake with a geode effect. By carving off pieces of the cake and filling them with edible crystals, such as rock candy.  Geode cakes mimic the appearance of a naturally occurring rock formation. The crystals are then painted to resemble geodes in nature. By lining the baking pan with Oddy Ecobake, a non-stick, food-safe, and heat-resistant material, the cake is baked in a preheated kadhai.
