Black Forest Cake in 5 mins

When it comes to cake, Black Forest is classic. There are few desserts that are as decadent as Black Forest Cake, combining chocolate cake, sweet cherries, and lightly whipped cream. Oddy Ecobake brown baking and cooking paper effortlessly helps to remove the cake from baking tin due to its non-sticky nature. Try this recipe and make your loved ones happy.

Ingredients

 

  • 100 gms premix
  • 50 gms water
  • 1 and ½ tbsp oil
  • Whipped cream 1 cup
  • Strawberry 3 tbsp crush
  • Shredded dark chocolate 1 cup
  • Chocolate ganache 3 tbsp

Directions

 

  • In a bowl add premix, water and oil, give a good whisk. In a 5-inch baking tin add the cake batter. To prevent the cake from sticking to the pan, cover the pan's base with Oddy Ecobake brown baking and cooking paper circles.
  • Bake the cake for 180 degrees Celsius for 25-30 mins. Cut the cake into 3 layers. Take the base layer and spray water to moist it. Add 3 tbsp whipped cream, 1 tbsp strawberry crush and 1 tbsp shredded chocolate and spread everything evenly to cover the top of cake.
  • Repeat the above step for the next two layers. Cover the cake with white cream and with the help of scrapper spread the cream evenly throughout. Make sure to cover the top and sides of the cake evenly.
  • Do dripping with chocolate ganache, use Noor 46 nozzle and make designs as shown in image. Add shredded dark chocolate on top of the cake and finish the decoration with cherries on top. Our black forest cake is ready.
