Cheese Garlic Masala Pav

About the Recipe

Cheese Garlic Masala Pav is a combo of pav bhaji. It is soft, masaledar, and very delicious in taste. To bake buns, use Oddy Ecobake to line the baking container. It will help in the easy removal of baked buns. Oddy Ecobake is easy to use, healthy, and nonsticky, and heat resistant.

Ingredients

 

  • For buns: ⅓ cup Milk, 1 tbsp sugar, 1.5 tsp Yeast
  • For buns: 2 cups all-purpose flour, ½ tsp salt, milk as needed, 1 tbsp butter, Oddy Ecobake
  • For pav masala: 2 tsp oil, 2 tbsp butter, ½ tsp cumin seeds, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, ½ tsp ginger paste
  • For pav masala: ½ cup chopped onion, ½ cup chopped capsicum, and 2 tbsp chopped carrots, ½ cup chopped tomatoes, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp pav bhaji masala, ½ tsp chat masala, chopped fresh coriander leaves, 1 pinch of garam masala
  • For garlic butter mixture: 2 tbsp melted butter, 1 tsp chopped garlic, ¼ tsp pav bhaji masala, ¼ tsp mixed herb, ¼ tsp red chili flakes, chopped coriander leaves
  • grated mozzarella cheese, some chili flakes and oregano

Directions

 

  • In a cup take ⅓ cup Milk, and 1 tbsp sugar, Stir and mix. Then add 1.5 tsp yeast. Mix and let it rest for 10 mins. Remove cover after 10 mins.
  • Add 2 cups all-purpose flour, and ½ tsp salt. Mix and knead a soft dough by adding milk as needed. Add 1 tbsp butter and knead again.
  • Cover and rest for 2 hours. Prepare the baking tray by arranging Oddy Ecobake. Remove cover after 2 hours. Apply oil and knead again for 2 mins.
  • Cut into six equal halves. Make round balls. Place in Oddy Ecobaked lined baking container. Cover cloth and rest for 20 mins.
  • Apply milk on the top surface. Place in oven Bake in convection mode for 20 min at 160 degrees Celsius. After 20 mins baked completely. Apply butter, cover with a wet cloth and let the bun rest for 30 mins.
  • In a kadai, take 2 tsp oil, 2 tbsp butter, ½ tsp cumin seeds, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, and ½ tsp ginger paste. Saute for a minute. Add chopped ½ cup onion, ½ cup chopped capsicum, and 2 tbsp chopped carrots, and cook for 2 mins.
  • Then add ½ cup chopped tomatoes, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp pav bhaji masala, and ½ tsp chat masala, mix and cook for 4 mins. Add chopped fresh coriander leaves. 1 pinch of garam masala.
  • In another bowl, take 2 tbsp melted butter, 1 tsp chopped garlic, ¼ tsp pav bhaji masala, ¼ tsp mixed herb, ¼ tsp red chili flakes, and chopped coriander leaves. Give it a mix.
  • Remove wet clothes after 20 mins. Cut the center portion of the buns. Apply garlic butter mixture. Add masala filling add grated mozzarella cheese.
  • Apply garlic butter mixture Sprinkle some chili flakes and oregano. Bake at convention mode for 3 mins. Cheese Masala Pav is ready.
