Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened milk powder
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 3/4th cup sugar powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- Silver vark & dry fruits.
Directions
- In a bowl, take 2 cups unsweetened milk powder, 1 cup milk and mix well to ensure no lumps.
- In a pan take 2 tbsp ghee and add the mixture prepared earlier and mix well and cook on medium flame while stirring continuously until it thickens.
- Then add 3/4th cup sugar powder and mix well and sir and cook on medium flame until it becomes like a dough.
- Turn flame to low and split the mixture into 2 halves. Take one part of the mixture on a plate and keep aside.
- In the other half on the pan, add 2 tbsp cocoa powder and mix well in low flame. Keep it aside.
- Knead the mixture to make it smooth. Knead the white mixture too and make it smooth.
- In a 6×6 inch cake tin and grease with ghee and line it with Oddy ecobake baking and cooking paper.
- Place the white mixture and spread evenly. Then place the chocolate mixture on top of the white mixture and spread evenly.
- Decorate with silver vark, dry fruits. And keep it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Burfi is set nicely. Remove from the container, cut in cubes and enjoy the delicious sweet.
