Mango Ice Cream

Mangoes are loved the world around for their sweet and tangy taste. This dish will teach you how to combine the delectable mango flavour with the refreshing and relieving coolness of ice cream.

Ingredients

 

  • Mango
  • Full cream Milk
  • Sugar
  • Corn flour
  • Cardmom powder
  • Yellow food colour
  • Chopped nuts ( Almonds & Pistachio)

Directions

 

  • Take a pan and cast 2.5 (600 ml) cups of milk and add ⅓ cup sugar. The quantity of sugar depends upon the taste of mango.
  • Mix sugar and mix well till it gets boiled on high flame , and after that cook it on medium flame for up to 5 minutes.
  • Take ½ cup of milk and add 2 tsp corn flour and mix it well , after mixing it add this mixture in milk and sugar mixture ,and mix it well till mixture of milk gets thick for 3- 4 mins,on medium flame , and 3 - 4 mins and put it aside for a while.
  • Take two medium size mangoes and peel it and cut into cube size.
  • Put the milk mixture and mango cubes in a mixer grinder and ½ tsp Cardmom powder and mix it well. After that add a few drops of Yellow food colour and again mix it well in the mixer.
  • Put it in a container as shown in the video. And leave the box in the freezer for at least 2 - 3 hrs.
  • After 3 hrs took box out of the fridge and open the box and put mango and milk mixture in mixer and mix it well as shown in video.
  • After mixing it well, put the mixture in a box and garnish with chopped nuts and after that cover the box top with help of UNIWRAP as shown in the video.
  • And leave the box in the freezer overnight.
