Crispy Chicken Koliwada

A tangy tasty crispy snack to enjoy with tea. Adding fried garlic gives a unique flavor to your snack. Can be made easily and enjoyed. Keep the fired Crispy Chicken Koliwada in Oddy Uniwraps. Oddy Uniwraps removes the excess oil from fried foods. Also, the fried crispy chicken koliwada can be packed or stored for later consumption.

Ingredients

 

  • Oddy Uniwraps
  • ½ kg boneless Chicken
  • 2 tbsp Aagri masala
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp Chaat masala
  • Lemon juice
  • Garlic 10-12 pods
  • Cornflour 2-3 tbsp
  • Water as required

Directions

 

  • Cut the chicken into small pieces. In a bowl add chicken, salt, turmeric and lemon juice. Mix and keep it aside 15 mins for marination. Now add agri masala, corn flour and mix well. Add water if required to make sure the batter is coated well in the chicken.
  • In hot oil fry our chicken pieces and keep the flame high while frying. It takes approximately 3-4 mins to fry these chicken pieces.
  • Keep the fried chicken in Oddy Uniwraps. Oddy Uniwraps is grease-proof and eco-friendly, hence a safe option to keep fried foods. Also, you can store / preserve foods packed in Oddy Uniwraps.
  • Now fry garlic in hot oil on low flame. Switch the flame off when garlic turns slightly brownish. Now for the platting, take the fried chicken in a dish, sprinkle some chaat masala powder and add the fried garlic. Our crispy chicken koliwada is ready to serve.
