Crispy Methi Papdi

About the Recipe

An excellent teatime snack is the crunchy, salty Indian cracker known as “methi papdi.” The crispy mathri is placed on the plate using Oddy Uniwraps, which seals in the grease and prevents it from entering. You can also pack and store your mathris in Oddy Uniwraps to keep them fresh for a long time.
