  • 1/4 Cup choco chips & 25 gm butter
  • 1/3 Cup sugar powder & 1/4 Cup condensed milk
  • 1 Tbsp oil & 3/4 Cup wheat flour
  • 1.5 Tbsp cocoa powder & 1/4 Tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 Tsp baking soda & 1/2 Cup water
  • 50 gm milk chocolate & 25 gm dark chocolate
  • 1/4 Cup whip cream & Golden Balls

Directions

  • Heat 1/4 cup of choco chips in water using a double boiler. Add the butter to the bowl and mix well. Switch off the stove and add sugar, condensed milk, and 1 tbsp of oil. All of the ingredients should be thoroughly combined with a whisk.
  • Sieve and add cocoa powder, wheat flour, baking powder, and baking soda to the fudge. Add 1/2 cup of hot water and mix well. Pour the cake batter into the mould lined with Oddy Ecobake baking paper.
  • Tap the mould and spread it uniformly. Cover and bake for 30 minutes on a low flame in a preheated vessel kept on the stove. Switch off the stove if the cake is completely baked.
  • Add milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and whip cream to a double boiler. Switch off the stove when the chocolate completely melts. Demould the cake when cooked completely.
  • Trip the top of the cake and make it look even. Cover the top surface with chocolate ganache. Trim the edges and cut the cake into small pieces. Make patterns using slightly thickened chocolate ganache and sprinkle golden balls.
