Eggless Soft Vanilla CupCakes

About the Recipe

Everyone loves cupcakes, from adults to kids. Make these vanilla cupcakes at home using simple ingredients in a small steel tea cup. They are easy to make, and the texture is light and fluffy and will melt in your mouth. Line the cups with Oddy Ecobake, which is safe to use and can be reusable if you are doing it in batches.

Ingredients

 

  • Oil-1/4 cup & Powdered sugar-1/4 cup
  • Milk-1/2 cup & All-purpose flour-1 cup
  • Baking powder-1/2 tsp & Baking soda-1/4 tsp
  • Vanilla essence – 3 drops & Dry fruits & Raisins
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Mix together oil and powdered sugar in a bowl. Add boiled milk to it and whisk well.
  • Add flour to it gradually, without lumps. Now add baking powder, baking soda, vanilla essence, dry fruits, and raisins to form a smooth batter.
  • Line tea cups with Oddy Ecobake cut to the size of base. Scoop and fill batter until half is in them, tap well, and spread.
  • Preheat a large vessel with a wire stand in it. Place all the cups in the preheated vessel, cover, and bake for 35–40 minutes.
  • Check with a knife—a clear knife means a perfectly baked cake. Cool completely and unmold. The soft and spongy vanilla cup cakes are ready.
