Heart-Shaped Cake Pops for Your Loved Ones

Make this super delicious cake pops at home for next Valentine’s Day. These heart-shaped cake pops are easy to make and take less time. The Ecobake cooking paper tray helps in baking the cake without greasing the mold, and there’s no need for additional cleanup.

Ingredients

 

  • Oreo biscuits – 200gm & Milk – ¾ cup
  • Eno – ¾ tsp & Choco chips – 1/3rd cup
  • Chocolate syrup – 1/4th cup & Milk Chocolate – 150 gm
  • Pink food colour & Edible gold paper

Directions

 

  • Grind Oreo biscuits into a fine powder in a mixer jar. Add milk gradually to the powder to prepare the cake batter. Add eno to the cake batter. Transfer it to a cake mould lined with Ecobake cooking paper.
  • Bake the cake for 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated oven. Once the cake is baked and cooled, transfer it to a mixing bowl. Crumble the cake into smaller pieces using your hands.
  • Add chocolate chips and chocolate syrup to the crumbled cake and mix well. Prepare white chocolate ganache by melting milk chocolate using the double boiler method.
  • Add pink food colour to the chocolate melt and mix well to prepare a pink ganache. Take a pinata cup cake mould and coat the cups with pink ganache. Fill the cups with the prepared crumbled cake mixture.
  • Cover the filling with pink ganache. Freeze the mould for 15 to 20 minutes in the freezer. Later, demold the cake pops from the moulds. Add extra colour to the pink ganache and transfer it to a piping bag.
  • Garnish the cake pops with pink ganache. As shown, garnish with edible gold foil and choco chips. Our super tasty heart cake pops are ready.
