How to Make Bajra Roti Easily

Ingredients

 

  • Bajra flour-2 cup
  • Salt as per taste
  • Water
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Take bajra flour on a plate, add salt to it, and mix well. Add the water gradually to the flour, mix well, and prepare the dough.
  • Cover and rest the dough for 10 minutes. Take a big portion of the dough. Place it on Oddy Ecobake.
  • Flatten the dough by tapping it and rotating it with your hands. Flip the Oddy Ecobake and remove it slowly.
  • Transfer the roti to a tawa and cook it until brown spots start appearing on it. Your bajra roti is ready!
