How to Make Butter at Home

About the Recipe

It’s really simple to make butter at home for our own use, and all you need is a mixing jar. Butter’s shelf life is extended when it is stored in an airtight container with Ecobake cooking paper.

Ingredients

 

  • Cream collected from milk
  • Ice cubes
  • Ice water

Directions

 

  • Take the frozen cream collected from milk and grind it along with a few ice cubes and ice water in a mixer jar. After 30 seconds, you will get a creamy mixture from it.
  • Now grind the mixture again for 30 seconds. You can see the butter separating from the liquid. Strain the liquid from the butter and wash it in cold water for 2 to 3 times.
  • Now take a container and place some Ecobake cooking paper on it. Transfer the butter to the container, press well, and close the lid. You can store and use this butter for a month.
