How To Make Cheesy Lavash In Air Fryer

Make this instant cheesy lavash for your after-school or after-office evening snacks. You can make them in a very small amount of time with a handful of ingredients. The Ecobake cooking paper tray helps in making the cheesy lavash in your air fryer without the need for additional cleaning.

Ingredients

 

  • Wheat flour - 1 cup
  • Water and salt as needed
  • Oil - 1 tbsp & Sesame seeds
  • Italian seasoning & Red chilli flakes - 1 tbsp
  • Grated cheese

Directions

 

  • In a plate or bowl, combine wheat flour, salt, chilli flakes, Italian seasoning, and oil. To prepare the dough, gradually add water and knead thoroughly.
  • Cover the dough with a damp cloth and rest it for 10 to 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, take a small portion of dough and make it into a round ball.
  • Flatten the dough using a rolling pin until it becomes thin. Add some sesame seeds to the flattened dough and roll again for the sesame seeds to settle well.
  • Divide the flattened dough into four parts. Line your air fryer with an Ecobake cooking paper tray and place the triangles in it.
  • Bake them for 6 minutes. Add processed cheese to the lavash and bake them again for 2 minutes. Your cheesy lavash is ready.
