Make This 1 Kg Eggless Butterscotch Cake Without Oven

Try this yummy butter scotch cake with no eggs and no oven. You can make this for birthdays, anniversaries, or any special events and surprise your guests. Ingredients

 

  • 1/4 Cup butter & 1/2 Cup sugar powder
  • 1 Cup butter milk & 1 Cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 Tbsp cocoa powder, 1 Tsp baking powder & 1/2 Tsp baking soda
  • 10-15 Pieces almonds, 1/2 Cup sugar & 50 gm butter
  • 1 Cup whip cream, 1/2 Tsp vanilla essence & 1 Drop yellow colour
  • Cherry

Directions

 

  • Whisk and mix sugar powder and butter. Add buttermilk gradually to the sugar mixture. Sieve and add maida, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda to prepare the cake batter.
  • Pre-heat a vessel with a wire stand for 5 minutes. Transfer the cake batter to a mould lined with Ecobake cooking paper. Place the mould in the vessel and bake it for 35 minutes.
  • Roast 10 to 15 almonds in a pan. Melt sugar in a non-stick pan and add butter to the pan when the sugar melts completely. Add the chopped almonds when the butter melts.
  • Transfer and spread this mixture uniformly on a Ecobake cooking paper and let it cool completely. Once the praline is cooled, break it into small pieces.
  • Once the cake is completely baked, switch off the stove. Demould the cake and remove the Ecobake cooking paper. Cut the cake into three layers.
  • Take 1 cup whip cream in a bowl and whisk it with a electric batter until the cream is fluffy.  Add 1 drop of yellow colour cherry and mix well.
  • Apply some cream on the cake board and place the bottom layer of the cake on it. Soak the cake in sugar syrup, add whipping cream and spread it uniformly.
  • Repeat the same by placing the second layer and top layer of the cake. Apply cream to the sides of the cake and smoothen it with a spatula.
  • Add praline crumbs on the sides and make frosting designs on the top of the cake. Place cherries on the frosting design and garnish with praline crumbs.
