Make This Special Black Forest Cake

About the Recipe

This recipe shows how to make Black Forest Cake, which has a delicious cake with cherries, whipped cream, and chocolate ganache and is decorated with natural flowers that are so easy to make. This chocolate cake tastes so moist and rich. The Ecobake cooking paper is used in the recipe to make the cake non-sticky to the cake mold and cook evenly.

Ingredients

 

  • Chocolate cake premix –300 g, Oil-60 ml & Water-400 ml
  • Dark chocolate -50 g & Rice crisps- Sugar syrup
  • Whipping cream -2 cups & White chocolate -50 g
  • Cherry – ½ cup & Choco pie biscuits -4
  • Edible Golden dust & Fresh roses-3
  • Chocolate Chips – 1 ¼ cup & Cream - ½ cup Honey – 1 tbsp

Directions

 

  • Mix chocolate cake premix with oil and water without lumps. Transfer it into a cake tin lined with Ecobake cooking paper at the bottom. Also make a 6-inch liner with Ecobake cooking paper around the tin. Now spread evenly and tap. Bake the cake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  • You can bake it on the stove on a preheated kadai for 15 minutes on a low flame. The cake is ready after 15 minutes. Cut the cake into three layers. We need six layers of cake. Make chocolate ganache by mixing chocolate chips and warm cream in a bowl, adding honey and keeping it ready.
  • Fill the chocolate ganache into small wafer moulds and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Melt dark chocolate in a bowl and add rice crisps to it. Now dip the refrigerated wafers in it and coat them with chocolate. Keep them in the fridge for 10 minutes. Take a layer of cake and spray sugar syrup on it and apply whipping cream on it.
  • Garnish with a few cherry slices and chocolate ganache. Repeat the process for all 6 layers of cake. Frost the cake with whipping cream and spread evenly using a scrapper. Keep 10 minutes in the refrigerator Take 2 Choco Pie biscuits and dip them in melted white chocolate.
  • Dust the choco wafers with edible golden dust. Take the cake from the fridge and decorate it with chocolate dripping around and on it. Cut the stems of fresh roses and use tape to fix them on the cake. Decorate the cake with choco pie biscuits and choco wafers. The delicious black forest cake is ready.
