Ingredients

 

  • Oil, Cumin, Ginger garlic paste
  • Cabbage, Capsicum, Tomato
  • Salt, Turmeric powder, Pav bhaji masala, Noodles masala
  • Red chilli powder, Soya sauce, Boiled green peas
  • Fried potato pieces, Fried cauliflower florets, Paneer
  • Cooked rice, Butter
  • Oddy Uniwraps

Directions

 

  • Heat oil in a pan. Let the cumin splutter, then add the ginger-garlic paste and fry.
  • Then add the chopped cabbage, capsicum, and tomato to it and stir well.
  • Then add salt and turmeric powder to it and stir well. Then add pav bhaji masala, noodles masala, red chilli powder, and soy sauce to it and keep stirring.
  • Then also add cooked peas, potatoes, cauliflower, and paneer, and stir.
  • Lastly, add cooked rice and butter to it and stir well to make masala rice. Pack it for lunch along with rotis wrapped in Oddy Uniwraps.
